Thank You Baby, Inc. would like to thank you for your purchase of its product. Although Thank You Baby, Inc. has never experienced an injury resulting from the use of its product, we remind our customers that our products have not been tested for use with infants of any age. As with any product, the customer should be aware that Thank You Baby, Inc. products do incorporate small objects, as well as soft materials, which can lead to injury to your child. Do not use Thank You Baby products for any unintended uses, or in any manner alter the product from its original design and manufacture. Any injury due to unintended use, alteration and/or misuse of Thank You Baby Inc. products is the sole responsibility of the customer, and we will not be held liable for said unintended use, alteration and/or misuse of our products. Color lots will vary slightly from batch to batch. To achieve an exact color match customers are encouraged to purchase linens in the same color group concurrently.

Warranty

Thank You Baby Inc. does not provide any express warranty for the purchase of its product. In addition, all implied warranties (including Merchantability and Fitness for a Particular Purpose) are hereby expressly excluded and no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof exist in reference to the products.

Return Policy

Thank You Baby Inc. may in its discretion, accept the return of its conforming products which it stocks as inventory due to errors in shipment or in the event of defective merchandise. All custom orders are made-to-order and cannot be returned.

In the event that you wish to return any item to inventory, the customer should contact Thank You Baby at returns@thankyoubaby.com. In the event that Thank You Baby elects to allow the return of its product, the customer will receive a merchandise credit for the value of the product returned or may receive a refund of the purchase price of the product, less a 15 % re-stocking fee. Any shipping on applicable returns will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

For any goods purchased as a custom and/or custom design, special order or made-to-order, Thank You Baby will not provide any refund, in merchandise or in cash, as these orders are made exclusively to meet the specific needs of the customer. Additionally, product sold at a discounted rate and/or on sale are not subject to return or refund.

Thank You Baby reserves the right to inspect all returned product for defects. In the event that Thank You Baby determines that a defect exists, or that the product is non-conforming, Thank You Baby will refund the purchase price in the form of a merchandise credit or cash refund.

Shipping

Thank You Baby will ship in-stock items within 2-4 business days. Customers will choose shipping method upon checkout. Delivery times vary among the different selections. Custom and large wholesale orders may take 6-8 weeks for delivery. If you have not received an order update, please feel free to contact us.

Crib Safety Tips

A baby, newborn to 12 months, should be placed on its back to sleep. Use a firm, tight-fitting mattress in a crib that meets current safety standards. Only a mattress pad and/or waterproof pad and fitted crib sheet should be used between the sleeping baby and the crib mattress. If you use a blanket, place baby with feet at the foot of the crib and tuck a thin blanket around the crib mattress so that it reaches only as far as the baby's chest. Make sure it rests on top of, and not underneath, the baby, and that baby's head remains uncovered. Pillows, plush animals and quilts are to be considered decorative only and should always be removed from the crib during sleep time and naptime.
